Born and raised in Brazil, Chef Fabricio brings a rich culinary heritage that blends Mediterranean flavours with a South American parrilla tradition. Fabricio feels feel that food has always been the language that connects him with other people and to the land.
Born in Morocco, Chef Zouheir was first inspired by his mother’s home cooking, but now brings his own distinct style to every dish, combining tradition with innovation. His expertise shines through both imaginative menus and striking food presentation.
A St. Albert native, Chef Jaclyn built her skills in some of Edmonton’s top kitchens. Along the way, she embraced every opportunity, from developing her own menus and catering major events to steering culinary committees at food and wine festivals, all while expanding her culinary imagination.
After rising through the culinary ranks in Vancouver, Chef Max gained a wealth of hands-on experience abroad working and traveling through London, Spain, Cyprus, and finally to Poland, where he was an integral part of opening the country’s first restaurant to be awarded a Michelin star.
After sharpening his knives in high-volume kitchens close to home, Chef David is now focused on showcasing how great local ingredients like the finest Alberta beef, seasonal vegetables, and prairie grains can be elevated on the plate.
Drawing on over twenty years of experience, Chef Kheshav is a classically trained chef who has worked alongside Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Michelin Star, and Bocuse d'Or winners, making him seamlessly adept at creating both fine dining and casual comfort dishes.
Renowned for his signature macarons, Chef Stephen’s portfolio of exquisite pastries has graced the pages of Vogue and Elle Paris magazines. Beyond his mastery of desserts, he blends classical French techniques with contemporary innovation, producing creations that are both timeless and modern.
