GRILLED BEEF FLAT IRON STEAK, DELUXE STUFFED POTATO AND ROASTED BABY CARROTS
OVEN: Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Remove the plastic film from the container. Transfer the steak to a separate oven-safe container and cover the potato and vegetables in the original container with foil. Place both containers on separate baking sheets. Heat the potato and vegetables for 17–20 minutes, or until warmed through. Reheat the steak separately to your preferred doneness: 5 minutes for medium rare, 7 minutes for medium, 10 minutes for medium-well, or 17 minutes for well done.
MICROWAVE: Remove plastic film and microwave on high for 3–5 minutes. Stir halfway through heating. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
